CS-1 Sifter & Parts
Sifter Parts & Service, Inc. manufactures a gyratory stacked deck sifter of all metal construction. The CS-1, formerly Allis-Chalmers, then the Ferrell-Ross, accurately sizes dry, free flowing products from 1/4" to 400 mesh with the capability of processing up to 50,000 pounds per hour. This sifter has one of the smallest footprint in the industry today, offering up to 35 square feet of screening area and can provide 2, 3, or 4 separations.
The CS-1 gyratory sifter is a tried and true piece of equipment that has long served many industries looking for accurate particle size separation.
With a complete testing lab, we can run your material in house and give you a detailed proposal on separating your product.
